1. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and
Conditions of Remindset. Words and phrases as defined in that document
retain their definition in this Privacy Policy.

2. This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals, or other entities,
that use or access Remindset, including the Remindset Application. This
includes, but is in no way limited to, subscribers to Remindset.

3. This group of people, namely each and every individual and entity to
which this policy relates to, shall hereinafter be referred as “you”
or “your”.

4. We acknowledge the importance of protecting your privacy and rights
in respect of your Personal Information.

5. Your rights to privacy as well as the requirements relating to
collection, management and disclosure of your Personal Information are
set out under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (hereinafter referred to as
the Act). This Privacy Policy is governed under the Act, and is bound
by all provisions therein. To the extent of any inconsistency to the

will endeavour to correct our records and minimise any damage or

incorrect or inaccurate information provided to or collected by us, and
will not be held liable for any harm or damage in any way whatsoever
